In the days to come, the Greater Glory will be blinding; dead men being raised from out of their graves to the restoration of all things.

In My Mighty power, I will take down My enemies, make them My footstool, raise up Heaven on earth and proclaim Victory! Victory!

Oh death where is your sting! I will make the path brighter and illuminate in the darkness.

Follow Me and come sit with Me!

Sit with ME!!

Come out of her My people! Learn My ways. Learn of ME. Know Me and know My heart.

Let Me show you the way. Let Me bring you higher. Come up higher. Come closer. Incline your ear. Do not despair in these dark times.

It will not last forever.

Wake up oh sleeper!

Arise!

Christ Is Our Example

For [as a believer] you have been called for this purpose, since Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you may follow in His footsteps.Ā He committed no sin, nor was deceit ever found in His mouth.Ā While being reviledĀ andĀ insulted, He did not revileĀ orĀ insult in return; while suffering, He made no threats [of vengeance], but kept entrustingĀ HimselfĀ to Him who judges fairly.Ā He personally carried our sins in His body on theĀ cross [willingly offering Himself on it, as on an altar of sacrifice], so that we might die to sin [becoming immune from the penalty and power of sin] and live for righteousness; for by His wounds you [who believe] have beenĀ healed.Ā For you were continually wandering like [so many] sheep, but now you have come back to the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls.

A New Way to Worship

So, crazy thingā€¦ I decided to start playing the violin. Then, I learned it was the hardest instrument to learn. Yikes! I do always go in headfirst. Thing is, itā€™s a blast!

Itā€™s technical and challenging which is exactly the way I like my extracurricular activities. It reminds me of playing golf. There are so many variables to hitting a sweet shot. The swing, your stance, the ball, the club, the terrain, the weatherā€¦ and your mood, all affect the outcome. It was easier for me to learn to ride my 1100cc V-Twin motorcycle.

Why did I want to learn the violin? I had played briefly as a child, and I kept getting this urge to play again. I couldnā€™t remember how. I know I wasnā€™t good at it. But I couldnā€™t shake this feeling of playing in the Spirit, moving and dancing with Jesus.

I longed to hear the sweetness of the music while getting lost in my Fatherā€™s embrace. I wanted to worship Him.

Itā€™s been several months now, and I can see a huge improvement. I can only play Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, a few bars of Amazing Grace, and some exercise scales. But when I hit that note just right my heart leaps. I can feel the music through my whole body and soul.

One day, Iā€™ll be able to play a whole song. One day, Iā€™ll be able to play and dance with Jesus.
