‘”For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. ‘ John 3:16

The common denominator to all human beings is that we are counted worthy as we look at the scripture above. God sent His only son to make a way for us to receive His Love. Our relationship with Him is a covenant that provides Him doing the harder part of the agreement.

We are worthy to receive His goodness and Love. We are often ambushed by worldly thinking we have to perform to receive God’s Love. We do not! God has freely given His son to reveal His Love for us. We are Loved.

We may feel unworthy due to how we were raised. It may have been due to neglect, abandonment or abuse. We may have watched our parents go through hard things or how they treated each other.

You may be feeling unworthy because you compare yourself to others lives or the media telling you that you should be a certain image. That image is most likely, completely unrealistic. We may be idolizing people or situations that are just fantasy. Our hearts are torn away from the living God when we are not realizing our worth through the character of God.

Shame is the great “Gorilla Glue” that holds intact our low self esteem, negative self talk, non self-care, un-forgiveness, giving yourself grace and others, ungratefulness, isolation and general lack of love for others (selfishness).

You are worthy to receive the Love of God and Love for yourself. God has an endless supply of Love to bestow upon you. Yes, He is a good God. He is never to far away or unavailable to talk to or receive from. In the Strong’s concordance, H1984 Halal, is described as the following to describe worthy: renowned, to be praised, to boast, commended, to celebrate, to give light, to rave, to shine, and to glory. Glory alone, means the manifested goodness of God.

We are created to be co-creators and co-laborers with Him. We are created in His image.

Genesis 1:26 KJV – 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

His plan was that we already bear His image. We are and always have been worthy by the very fact we are His sons and daughters. Know that He loves you very much! We are His family. We are here to represent the Kingdom of God on the earth. You are WORTHY.
