The Coming Freedom

In the days to come, the Greater Glory will be blinding; dead men being raised from out of their graves to the restoration of all things.

In My Mighty power, I will take down My enemies, make them My footstool, raise up Heaven on earth and proclaim Victory! Victory!

Oh death where is your sting! I will make the path brighter and illuminate in the darkness.

Follow Me and come sit with Me!

Sit with ME!!

Come out of her My people! Learn My ways. Learn of ME. Know Me and know My heart.

Let Me show you the way. Let Me bring you higher. Come up higher. Come closer. Incline your ear. Do not despair in these dark times.

It will not last forever.

Wake up oh sleeper!

Arise!

Podcast: Healing Restoration & Love

Encounters: Season 1, Episode 22

We entered in to see a pool of water as deep as the earth and talked about its depths, life and healing love. God is healing the body of Christ through love for His people and planet. The darkness doesn’t have a chance. God loves us and will deliver us to care for ourselves and others.

Podcast: The Giraffe & Shalom

Encounters: Season 1, Episode 21

We saw some amazing things that led us into a discussion about God’s intentions for healing the nations. There were many animals coming together in peace and love. We are Americans and we have a long way to go in our church body to help other nations. We do help, but what are the church’s motives? Where is our heart for others?

The fruit of the Spirit of God is ready to harvest, but are we? How do we test the fruit and what measurements can we use? This episode digs into what happens to the fruit we produce and what the angels do to help.

We are a bit drunk in the Spirit during the first part, so stay tuned for the meat.

Remember Verse 24?

Worship in All We Do

Yes, We Know. Now what?

Our goal must be to empower others to do what is right and good for them, and to bring them into spiritual maturity.” — Romans 15:2 The Passion Translation (TPT)

This verse is one that we take very seriously. It’s our song. It’s our cry to the world as we navigate God’s love in Worship. It resonates in our hearts as servants of the Highest God. We want so much for the Bride of Christ to be ready for His return.

We work, eat, sleep and pray in Worship. We sing we dance, and we cry as we keep our eyes on Him.

Is it enough?

Is it righteous? Is it my truth? Only you can answer these questions. Can you say, “yes”? Can I?

God does have expectations for us regarding Worship.

God wants our whole being to Worship Him. We have learned in church that we must do everything for and to the Lord. We have experienced renewed minds as we consciously remember to Worship Him in our day. This is good. But have we surrendered all we can?

Put your heart and soul into every activity you do, as though you are doing it for the Lord himself and not merely for others.  For we know that we will receive a reward, an inheritance from the Lord, as we serve the Lord Yahweh, the Anointed One!” — Colossians 3:23-24 (TPT)

The beauty of this verse and what it really means is knowing that we will receive a reward from Jesus. Personally, I can forget that.

I can easily fall into the trap of only remembering verse 23.

Writing & Sketchbooks

My Sketchbooks are Part of Me

These are a few pages from my current Sketchbook. I love to free write, brainstorm, do mind-maps, study and practice sketching for my next Sculpture.

I’ve written this way for over 20 years now. I’ll never forget the day I started. I was young and stressed about something happening at the Ad Agency where I was working. I took my lunch to an old park and sat under a huge tree.

I was journaling my morning when I heard God say that I needed to keep my journals and sketchbooks because someone would need them in the future. I listened but didn’t really understand. I now know that I need them.

Today I have tubs full of them and I occasionally go back to read or find some idea I had one day long ago. It always feels weird, I admit. It’s like I was a different person who wrote all of the words and sketched all of those drawings. Sometimes it feels surreal.

It feels that way because I change and grow. My perspective moves into different and newer places. So, when I hear that people don’t change, I know it’s a lie. I change. Jesus changes me.  And if He changes me He can change you too.
